5 days trip in Surabaya, East Java for Sunrise Bromo Tours, Water Rafting in Songa, Ijen Blue Fire Tours and Surabaya City Tours before you fly out from Surabaya airport
Tour itinerary:
Day 01: Drive from Malang or Surabaya to Hotel in Mount Bromo
Our staff will pick you up from train’s station, airport or hotel in Malang or Surabaya (please let us know where we have to meet you), then drive to Mount Bromo area with an AC vehicle tourist standard for about 4hours. Upon your arrival in Mt. Bromo area, you will stay at the Lava View Lodge or Java Banana Lodge or similar hotel where overlooking to the actives volcano of Mount Bromo, Batok and Mount Kursi around Tengger region for your enjoyable stay
Optional program during the way to Mount Bromo: If you still have enough time & the weather is good enough, you will have a chance to visit Madakaripura waterfall during the way to reach your hotel in Mount Bromo area, but for entrance tickets & local guide at Madakaripura waterfall will be your own cost. Day 02: Sunrise & Bromo Tours - drive for Water Rafting & to Hotel in Ijen Crater
At dawn time (03:30 am), the 4WD (JEEP) will bring you to parking area on bottom of Mt. Pananjakan and from this place, you are required to trek up Mt. Pananjakan for about 30-45 minutes on foot to reach the place to see sunrise. Mount Pananjakan is known as the view point to enjoy sunrise time in Bromo area which is located on the rim of the Tengger caldera.
If it is not foggy, the sunlight when the sunrise will play light shadow which it come up from the sidelines of the mountains and it will give impression like unforgettable thing on your mind & heart as a creation from the God. Afterward, the jeep will bring us to continue our tour to reach the parking area which is located on the bottom of Mt. Bromo by passing the amazing view, such as: sea of sand which is bordered by Mountains in Tengger area, then from parking area for the jeep, you are required to cross seas sand of Mt. Bromo by horse riding or on foot (it is optional) till reach the starting point to trek up of Mt Bromo by following more than 250 stairs which it will lead you to reach peak of Mt Bromo.
After enjoy nice view in Mt. Bromo and around at 07:30 am, we will escort you back to the hotel for having breakfast, take shower, packing, loading bags into the vehicle and then we will continue our trip to reach the place for doing Water Rafting for about 2 -2,5hours. On this trip we will pass rural landscape, small cities, plantations, hills & rice fields.
Upon arrival at the place of Water Rafting, we will do the Rafting and the Rafting will be held for about 3 hours & it will be included your lunch on this place. After enjoyed Water Rafting, around in the afternoon we will continue our trip to the Hotel in Ijen Crater area for about 5-6 hours driving. In this route will pass rural landscape, small cities, rice fields, plantations & beaches. Lunch will be served on the way at local restaurant. About at late afternoon or in the early evening, we will reach at your hotel in Ijen Crater area then overnight stay before you enjoy Ijen Crater Trekking on the next morning
Optional tour program to see Milky Way in Mount Bromo area: If the weather is good enough, you will have a chance to do optional tour program for Milky Way Tours in Bromo area. This trip will be begun at midnight time from your hotel in Bromo (around at 1:30 or 02:00 am) and we will use 4WD vehicle or jeep to reach the place which is best point to see Milky Way in Mount Bromo area. If you are interested to do this trip, you are required to inform us in advance & there will be extra cost to do this optional tour program as attached
Day 03: Ijen Crater Tours & drive back to Surabaya
About at 04:30 in the morning, our 4WD vehicle (jeep) will bring us to the village of Licin and then continue to the slope of Mount Ijen, passing through plantations and rainforest. This is one of the few remaining on the Island of Java with giant ferns, plants & big trees, this journey takes approximately 1 hour from the hotel by private car. Arrive at the parking area of Mount Ijen, approximately 1 until 1.5 hours will be required to ascend slope of mount Ijen to reach peak of Ijen Crater and along the path, you will enjoy the stunning natural scenery with fresh air & shady.
Resting on the edge of the crater at an altitude of 2883 meters and enjoy best panorama of the lake of sulfate where reflects spectacular view in the surrounding walls to give the impression like unforgettable thing on your life. The sulfur mining workers go down into the crater and climb back up by passing dangerous path on the edge of Ijen Crater with the load as much as 80 kilograms on their shoulders.
This is really a dangerous & hard job. Here also, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery in the crater of Ijen as one of God’s amazing creation. Do not forget to take pictures in this area as a proof that you have visited one of the most amazing places on earth.
After enjoyed the natural scenery at Crater of Ijen and then you will descend the slope of Mount Ijen until vehicles parking area where our vehicle is waiting to escort you back to Surabaya for about 8-9 hours driving by a private car and upon your arrival time in Surabaya, we will escort you to the hotel for overnight stay
Optional program for Blue Fire Tours or Blue Flame Tours in Ijen Crater: If the weather is good enough, you will have a chance to see blue fire & sunrise at Ijen Crater but you are required to leave from the hotel around at 12:00pm (midnight) and there will be extra cost for mining worker who will lead us to see blue fire at Ijen Crater (you can pay him on the site). Day 04: Free & Easy activities for Surabaya Tours
After having breakfast, you may enjoy your free program in Hotel area or ask our staff to escort you to enjoy shopping program and city tours in Surabaya and then drive back to your hotel in the late afternoon or in the early evening for overnight stay
Day 05: Surabaya Hotel & drive to Surabaya Airport
After having breakfast, our staff will meet you and then we will escort you to the Airport in Surabaya to catch your flight for next destination & tour package finished

Entrance tickets: You are required to pay entrance tickets during your trip by yourself and please show your id card. Cost for entrance tickets are mentioned below:

~ Ticket in Ijen Crater is IDR. 100.000 per person on working days & IDR. 150.000 per person on public holidays
