Tour itinerary:
Day 01: Drive from Surabaya to Hotel in Batu area
Our staff will pick you up from train’s station, airport or hotel in Surabaya (please let us know where we have to meet you), then drive to Mount Bromo area with an AC vehicle tourist standard for about 3-4 hours. Upon your arrival in Batu Highland area, you will stay at the hotel which is located in the natural view of Batu Highland area before you enjoy your trip on the next morning
Day 02: Batu Hotel – visit Pasar Apung in Batu & drive to the hotel in Bromo
After having breakfast at your hotel in Batu highland area, you will be picked up by our staff and then we will escort you to Pasar Apung & explore Pasar Apung by traditional boat on the artificial river. Pasar Apung or Floating Market Nusantara is part of the most popular tourist attractions in the town of Batu & it is known as Museum Ankut or Museum Transportation. The Pasar Apung is located right in between the parking lot and the entrance to the Museum Angkut, which means that in order to go to the Pasar Apung, we do not have to pay the ticket of main entrance to the Museum of Transportation, because of its location is prior to the entrance to Museum Angkut. This place is as one of the most interesting photo's spot in Batu - Malang
In the Pasar Apung, we can shop for souvenirs which are made by hand and it is from the local area which is from Batu - Malang. Here also, you can enjoy the culinary tourism which you can buy foods or drinks from the edge of artificial river by traditional boat. In addition, visitors can ride a tradiotal boat for one lap around each of the Pasar Apung area, among them there are Java, Borneo, Lombok, Madura, Nias and so forth. For those who like the photos, it is advisable to arrive at night. Lights, an artificial river and traditional buildings will make the picture look more beautiful. After you explore the Pasar Apung in Batu, we will continue our trip to your hotel in Bromo area which located in Cemoro Lawang Bromo & it will take about 3-4 hours driving. Upon your arrival at Bromo area, we will escort you to the hotel for overnight stay before you enjoy Bromo sunrise tours on the next morning
Optional tour program during the way to Mount Bromo: If you still have enough time & the weather is good enough, you will have a chance to visit Madakaripura waterfall during the way from Malang or Surabaya to your hotel in Mt Bromo area but for entrance tickets & local guide at Madakaripura waterfall will be your own cost. Day 03: Bromo Sunrise Tours - drive to the hotel in Ijen Crater area
At 3:30 am, the 4WD (JEEP) will bring you to Mount Pananjakan on the rim of the Tengger caldera as known as view point to see sunrise with its young volcanic including Mount Bromo and an active Mount Semeru as background. If it is not foggy, the sunlight when the sunrise will play light shadow which it come up from the sidelines of the mountains and it will give impression like unforgettable thing on mind & heart as a creation from the God
Afterward, our jeep will bring us to continue our trip to reach the parking area of 4WD vehicle (jeep) by passing the amazing view on the slope of Mt. Bromo, then from parking area you are required to cross seas sand on the slope of Mt. Bromo by horse riding or on foot (it is optional) till reach the stairs up (more than 250 stairs) at the slope of Mt Bromo which it will lead you to reach peak of Mt Bromo.
After enjoy nice view in Mt. Bromo and around at at 08:00, we will escort you back to the hotel for having breakfast, take shower, packing, loading bags into the vehicle and then we will continue our trip to Hotel in area of Ijen Crater for about 4-5 hours driving. In this route will pass rural landscape, small cities, rice fields, plantations & beaches. Lunch will be served on the way at local restaurant. About at late afternoon or in the early evening, we will reach at your hotel in area of Ijen Crater then overnight stay before you enjoy Ijen Crater Trekking on the next morning
Optional tour program to see Milky Way in Mount Bromo area: If the weather is good enough, you will have a chance to do optional tour program for Milky Way Tours in Bromo area. This trip will be begun at midnight time from your hotel in Bromo (around at 1:30 or 02:00 am) and we will use 4WD vehicle or jeep to reach the place which is best point to see Milky Way in Mount Bromo area. If you are interested to do this trip, you are required to inform us in advance & there will be extra cost to do this optional tour program as attached
Day 04: Ijen Crater Tours - ferry port - your Hotel in Bali
Around at 04:30 in the morning, our 4WD vehicle (jeep) will bring us to the village of Licin and then continue to the slope of Mount Ijen, passing through plantations and rainforest. This is one of the few remaining on the Island of Java with giant ferns, plants & big trees, this journey takes approximately 1 hour from the hotel by private car. Arrive at the parking area of Mount Ijen, approximately 1 until 1.5 hours will be required to ascend slope of mount Ijen to reach peak of Ijen Crater and along the path, you will enjoy the stunning natural scenery with fresh air & shady. Resting on the edge of the crater at an altitude of 2883 meters and enjoy best panorama of the lake of sulfate where reflects spectacular view in the surrounding walls to give the impression like unforgettable thing on your life. The sulfur mining workers go down into the crater and climb back up by passing dangerous path on the edge of Ijen Crater with the load as much as 80 kilograms on their shoulders.
This is really a dangerous & hard job. Here also, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery in the crater of Ijen as one of God’s amazing creation. Do not forget to take pictures in this area as a proof that you have visited one of the most amazing places on earth. After enjoyed the natural scenery at Crater of Ijen and then you will descend the slope of Mount Ijen until vehicles parking area where our vehicle is waiting to escort you back to the City of Banyuwangi with stop for awhile to visit plantations (cloves, cocoa), then continue our trip to take you out directly to Ferry Port in Ketapang (most eastern tip of Java Island) to cross Bali strait by ferry for about 1hour to reach Port of Gilimanuk in the most western tip of Bali Island. Upon arrival in Gilimanuk port, we will continue to drive to Pemuteran, Lovina, Ubud, Kuta, Sanur, Seminyak, Nusadua or Jimbaran area for about 3-4hours and TOUR SERVICES FINISHED
Optional program for Blue Fire Tours or Blue Flame Tours in Ijen Crater: If the weather is good enough, you will have a chance to see blue fire & sunrise at Ijen Crater but you are required to leave from the hotel around at 12:00pm (midnight) and there will be extra cost for mining worker who will lead us to see blue fire at Ijen Crater (you can pay him on the site). ~ Ticket in Ijen Crater is IDR. 100.000/ person on working days & IDR. 150.000/ person on public holidays
