Tour Package Itinerary

Day 01: Malang or Surabaya to Ijen crater hotel 

  • Start from airport, train’s station or hotel either in Malang or Surabaya (please let us know where we have to meet you), our staff will meet you then escort you to the small town of Banyuwangi regency where Ijen crater located. The journey takes approximately 7-9 hours driving by private car with air conditioned with possible stops en route for having lunch at local restaurant on the way.

  • On this trip, you will pass rural landscape, small city, plantations, rainforest & beaches. Upon your arrival Banyuwangi, you will stay overnight at Ketapang Indah Hotel or similar hotel before you do Ijen crater hiking tour on the next morning.

Day 02: Ijen crater climbing with a blue fire tours and drive to Bromo stay

  • 00:30 or 01.00 am: This trip will be started from your accommodation or hotel in Ijen area around at 00:30 am or at least at 01:00 am and then drives for about 1 hour to reach the post 1 of Paltuding or this is as the starting point for the hiking activities in Ijen crater and then you will do the climbing actitivities in Mount Ijen as follow 

  • 02.00-06.00: The preparation and then climbing activities to reach top of Ijen for about 2-2.5 hours. Observation of the Milky Way + the seeing process of blue fire and if it is needed with your request, we will descend to reach the edge of lake to see blue fire with better and clearer view, then afterward viewing of sunrise on the peak of Mount Ijen and take a rest with an amazing view the green lake of sulfur as natural backgrounds which can forget how tired for the climbing process in Ijen crater

  • 06.00-10.00: Go down by passing the same route or path on the slope of Ijen till reach the Paltuding base camp. Then, leaving the Ijen crater area to escort you back to your accommodation or hotel for having breakfast, take shower, and take your own time in hotel area and then preparation to leave your accommodation or hotel in Ijen area

  • 11.00-18.00: Afterward, we will continue our trip to Bromo for about 5-6 hours driving by a private car with AC. Upon arrival in Mount Bromo, you will stay at Lava View Lodge, Bromo Permai Hotel, SM Bromo Hotel or similar hotel which is located on the rim of tengger region for enjoyable stay. >>> Optional tour program during the trip today: You maybe can enjoy the optional program, such as: Jagir waterfall tour and Baluran National Park tours with extra cost

  • Note: If the weather is NOT good or you are tired or not allowed to do night climbing, you can do the standard or regular Ijen crater tour without seeing a blue fire tours which starts from your accommodation after at 2 am,- And so on. 

Day 03: The sunrise view and Bromo tours,- take a train to Yogyakarta  

  • Wake up in the early morning (around in the dawn time around at 03:30 am) and we will use a jeep which will be ready in the front of your hotel to start your trip to enjoy for Bromo sunrise tour which is located on the tengger region as known as a view point to see sunrise with its young volcanic including Mount Bromo and an active Mount Semeru as background.

  • If it is not foggy, the sunlight when the sunrise will play light shadow which it come up from the sidelines of the mountains and it will give impression like unforgettable thing on mind & heart as a creation from the God. You can choose one of the places to see sunrise in Mount Bromo area such as:

  • Mount Panajakan or Gunung Penanjakan is known well as the best place for view point of Bromo Sunrise in Tengger region. Mt Penanjakan is a major viewing point for all tourists who visited Mount Bromo to enjoy sunrise tours Bromo. It means this place will be crowded on the season of holiday or on the weekend  

  • King Kong hill or Bukit King Kong: If you visit to Mount Bromo, on weekends, or holidays, so at Bromo very crowded with visitors. I suggest you go to the other viewpoint (king kong hill) is a good place to see the sunrise time and Bromo crater, on the an altitude of about 2600 meters

  • Love hill of Bromo or Bukit Cinta Bromo: is an alternative place to see the stunning beauty for sunrise time on the Mount Bromo. Just like King Kong hill, the spot of love hill is also less well-known than the main spot named "the view point 1" or Mount Penanjakan (the 1st summit climbing), where the most clear view of the sunrise on Mount Bromo can be seen from this spot. However, if you got that Mount Penanjakan is too crowded of other tourists, you can choose Love Hill as a good alternative besides King Kong hill

  • After a short break and take pictures, our jeep will bring us to continue our trip to reach the parking area for 4WD vehicle (jeep) by passing the amazing view on the slope of Mount Bromo,- and from parking area, you are required to cross the seas sand which is located on the Mount Bromo area by horse riding or on foot (it is optional) till reach the stairs (more than 250 stairs) on the bottom of Mount Bromo slope which will lead you to reach up of Mount Bromo.

  • Afterward, around at 8 am- We will drive back to your hotel for having breakfast, take shower, packing, loading bags into the vehicle and then we will continue our trip to reach train station for taking a train to Yogyakarta at late noon. Upon your arrival in Yogyakarta train station in the evening time, we will escort you to the hotel in Yogyakarta area for overnight stay before continue your trip for Jomblang Cave adventure tour on the next morning 

Day 04: Jombalang cave adventure and Pindul cave tubing tour,- drive back to the hotel

  • On this day, you are required to have early breakfast and around at 07:00 am, our representatif team will meet you at your hotel in Yogya and then drive to Jombalng cave for about 2-3 hours driving by a private car. Goa Jomblang is not really cave and it is part of a cave system that covers the whole of Gunung Kidul. The caves were formed over thousands were formed by rainwater and underground rivers that eroded the karst rock (a bit like the famous underground caves in the Yucatan, Mexico).

  • The actual cave (or the bit that the tourists see) is made up of three parts. The first is a large huge sinkhole that was formed by the roof of the cave collapsing. The second part of the cave is a long tunnel and the final part is Goa Grubog, the central cave. If you want to go to Goa Jomblang you need to set off early from Yogyakarta. The best way to get there is with renting a private car. You need to leave Yogyakarta by the latest at 7:30 in the morning, because you need to be at Goa Jomblang by 10:00 (and it’s good to get there early because only 25 people a day are allowed to visit). It’s super easy to get to Goa Jomblang. The roads all the way to Goa Jomblang are really good, and  the last part of the journey is a bit bumpy.

  • The last 200 meters is literally dirt with rock and no tarmac. You wouldn’t believe that there would be something called “Jomblang Resort” at the end of the road. Upon your arrival in Jombalang Cave, you will prepare to descend the hole, installing equipments to your body. The cave instructor will be dropping you down slowly to the base of the hole which is 40 meters vertically, with a rope attached to your body.

  • Around at 12.30 pm, we will leave the Jomblang Cave and drive to Pindul Cave Tubing and then around at 13.00 to 14.30 pm, you will enjoy the trips by lay inside a set of tubes and following the drift of the underground river into the Pindul cave. Played in unique cave with a cluster of bats and sparkling with the beauty of stalactite formations. After finish Cave Tubing activity, then continue to River Tubing activity (inclusive the package). The River Tubing trip will take you on a journey down the Oya River, along the way you will experience stunning with waterfalls, small rapids and optional cliff jumping. 

  • After enjoy Jomblang Cave adventure tours and Pindul Cave Tubbing activities, then around at late noon, we will escort you back to the hotel in Yogyakarta area for take a rest and overnight stay before you do Borobudur and Prambanan temple tours on the next morning 

Day 02: A day tour Jogja to Borobudur and Prambanan temples with shuttle transport  

  • Based on the latest terms to visit both Borobudur and Prambanan temples (Borobudur and Prambanan tours/ after the covid issue). - Then in order you can get the cheaper option to visit these temples above, - We would like to inform and suggest you the itinerary of your tour package to visit Borobudur and Prambanan temples as folow;

  • As each shuttle services will only accommodate 5 people (max for 5 tourist) and the pick up time will be done one by one in each of client accommodations along the way. The shuttle will depart from 05.00 am so please be ready at 04.50 am on the waiting area of your accommodation. The shuttle servicess cannot give the exact time but will assure you that the shuttle transport will pick you up max at 05.30 am.  

  • 05.00: Leave from your accommodation to do experience two of the magnificent spectacle and an icon of Indonesia’s cultural heritage temples in one day with other traveler to get unforgettable memories with the shuttle services (a shared transport with other tourist). 

  • 06.30 - 09.00: Upon your arrival in parking lot of Borobudur temple, you are required to get main entrance gate of Borobudur temple for check in process (we suggest you to buy the tickets of Borobudur temple in adavance, - with online method). And if you need a local tour guide in Borobudur temple to know the history with the cultural significance of the temples, you can book the official tour guide via online method as well

  • 09.00 - 10.30: During you do the Borobudur temple tours, the driver of shuttle transport will wait you for about 2 hours in the parking area of Borobudur temple. After you spend 2 hours for Borobudur tours, shuttle services will continue the trip to reach the parking lot in Prambanan temple for about 1.5 hrs driving (it depends on traffic situation)

  • 10.30 - 13.00: Upon Upon your arrival in parking lot of Prambanan temple, you are required to get main entrance gate of Prambanan temple for check in process (we suggest you to buy the tickets of Prambanan temple in adavance, - with online method). And if you need a local tour guide in Prambanan temple to know the history with the cultural significance of the temples, you can book the official tour guide via online method as well

  • Prambanan temple consist of 3 diffrent temple complex and the shuttle services will provide enough time for you to explore the temple. Please be advised your exit will take at least 15 minutes as you will pass through the market of gift shops before the main exit gate. The driver of shuttle service will let you know beforehand so that you can be prepared before coming back to the car park where the driver and other passengers will wait for you.

  • 13.00 - 14.30: The shuttle transport will wait you for about 1.5 hrs during your Prambanan temple tours, and around at 13.00 pm - you will leave the parking area in Prambanan temple for journey back to your accommodation Yogyakarta. Then the Borobudur and Prambanan temple tours has done

  • Note; You are required to leave your luggage at front desk  area of hotel before you start the Borobudur and Prambanan temples tours, since you will be back at the hotel is after check-out time OR you can book by yourown an extra night at the same hotel
