Fly to Banyuwangi for Ijen, Sukamade, Bromo Savannah Tour 4D

Take a domestic flight from Surabaya airport to Banyuwangi Airport in the morning or afternoon time (you can choose one of the flight times, such as at: 06:05-07:00 AM or at 11:45 AM or 12:45 PM or at 12:00 – 12:50 PM. Upon your arrival time at Banyuwangi Airport, our staff will meet you by your name on the placard and then we will drive slowly for short city tour in Banyuwangi and then around in the afternoon, we will continue to escort you to Hotel in Banyuwangi or Ijen Crater area for overnight stay & having dinner before you enjoy Ijen Crater trekking on the next morning

 

Optional tour program for Water Rafting Banyuwangi:  If you still have enough time & the weather is good enough, you will have a chance to do Water Rafting. We will need for about 1 hour to reach the place of Water Rafting activities which is located in Sumber Bulu village, Songgon on the slope of Mount Raung with the fantastic river flow. The Water Rafting will be done for about 2-2,5 hours with nice view on the river bank, but you are required to pay extra cost & inform us in advance in order we can arrange everything in advance to do this optional program. The cost to do Water Rafting Banyuwangi is IDR 250.000 per person (it is joint package with other clients & maximum are 5 clients on 1 raft) and it will added by cost for transportation to reach this place as mentioned on the attachmnet:

 

About at 04:30 in the morning, our 4WD vehicle (jeep) will bring us to the village of Licin and then continue to the slope of Mount Ijen, passing through plantations and rainforest. This is one of the few remaining on the Island of Java with giant ferns, plants & big trees, this journey takes approximately 1 hour from the hotel by private car. Arrive at the parking area of Mount Ijen, approximately 1 until 1.5 hours will be required to ascend slope of mount Ijen to reach peak of Ijen Crater and along the path, you will enjoy the stunning natural scenery with fresh air & shady.

 

Resting on the edge of the crater at an altitude of 2883 meters and enjoy best panorama of the lake of sulfate where reflects spectacular view in the surrounding walls to give the impression like unforgettable thing on your life. The sulfur mining workers go down into the crater and climb back up by passing dangerous path on the edge of Ijen Crater with the load as much as 80 kilograms on their shoulders. This is really a dangerous & hard job. Here also, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery in the crater of Ijen as one of God’s amazing creation. Do not forget to take pictures in this area as a proof that you have visited one of the most amazing places on earth. 

 

After enjoyed the natural scenery at Crater of Ijen and then you will descend the slope of Mount Ijen until vehicles parking area where our vehicle is waiting to escort you back to the City of Banyuwangi and then we will continue our trip to reach the Sukamade Green Turtle Beach. It takes for about 3-4 hours driving by 4WD vehicle/ or jeep to reach Sukamade Beach by crossing rain forest and small rivers by our special vehicle adventures. Lunch will be served at local restaurant on the way to reach area of Sukamade Turtle Beach and on this date, you will have dinner & overnight stay at the Guesthouse nearby and return to the beach at night for turtle spotting

 

Optional program for Blue Fire Tours: If the weather is good enough, you will have a chance to see blue fire & sunrise at Ijen Crater but you are required to leave from the hotel around at 12:00pm (midnight) and you are required to inform us in advance in order we can prepare everything to do this optional program. If you would like to do optional program for Blue Fire Ijen Tours, you are required also to pay extra cost as mentioned on the attachment

 

Sukamade Turtle Beach: Sukamade beach is about 97 km to southwest of Banyuwangi. It is natural and quiet, beautiful place. Dutch discovered it in 1927. The 1200 hectare estate is an active plantation that produces rubber, coffee and cacao. Sukamade is the east Java Natural Resource Conservation which is in charge of the turtle’s perpetuation. A night adventure tour to Sukamade is an unforgettable trip. You will be guided by a natural resource to find sea turtles come to a shore to lay eggs. You can see a female turtle lays more than one hundred eggs on the sandy beach. The female turtles usually start landing at 7:30 PM and return to the sea at 12:00PM.

 

How can you reach to the Sukamade Turtle Beach: We will use jeep (4WD vehicle) to reach this place & the road to Sukamade is worth for the people who want to get the real adventure trip. It is one of best Java adventure trail for exploring southern coast of Banyuwangi. crossing the rivers, exploring the rural landscapes & passing rainforest. Along the way to visit this place the visitors can stop at the beautiful place as known as Rajegwesi & the green bay (Teluk Hijau) with its beautiful cliff around. Here, also you will have a chance for a dawn excursion to see animals on the savannah. This place is virgin forest forest with white sandy beach & natural view which is located on the southern tip of Banyuwangi, East Java-Indonesia.

 

Accommodation in Sukamade Beach: Condition here is very basic, but more often for the people who visited this place will recommend to others to visit Sukamade Beach when they are in Banyuwangi and sometime, they intend to come back to get an experience exceedingly rare & unique. On this date, you will stay overnight & having dinner at the lodge or guesthouse in Sukamade Beach.

 

After breakfast in Sukamade guesthouse, then spend the morning for exploring the surroundings of Sukamade. This is virgin area & without crowded. Go and a dip in crystal clear waters nearby river. Afterward, we leave this area to continue our trip to reach your hotel in Bromo area for about 9-10 hours driving and during the way to Bromo, you will pass rural landscape, plantations, small cities & rice fields. Upon your arrival in Bromo area, you will stay at the Hotel in Tengger region for overnight stay before you enjoy Bromo sunrise tours on the next day (dawn time)

 

At 3:30 am, the 4WD (JEEP) will bring you to Mount Pananjakan on the rim of the Tengger caldera as known as view point to see sunrise with its young volcanic including Mount Bromo and an active Mount Semeru as background. If it is not foggy, the sunlight when the sunrise will play light shadow which it come up from the sidelines of the mountains and it will give impression like unforgettable thing on mind & heart as a creation from the God

 

Afterward, our jeep will bring us to continue our trip to reach the parking area of 4WD vehicle (jeep) by passing the amazing view on the slope of Mt. Bromo, then from parking area you are required to cross seas sand on the slope of Mt. Bromo by horse riding or on foot (it is optional) till reach the stairs up (more than 250 stairs) at the slope of Mt Bromo which it will lead you to reach peak of Mt Bromo.

 

Afterward, our jeep will bring us to continue our trip to reach the parking area of 4WD vehicle (jeep) by passing the amazing view on the slope of Mt. Bromo, then from parking area you are required to cross seas sand on the slope of Mt. Bromo by horse riding or on foot (it is optional) till reach the stairs up (more than 250 stairs) at the slope of Mt Bromo which it will lead you to reach peak of Mt Bromo.

 

After enjoy nice view in Mt. Bromo and around at at 08:00, we will escort you back to the hotel for having Breakfast. After having breakfast, we will continue our trip for about 1.5 hour driving by 4WD vehicle/ jeep to reach “the savanna/ teletubies hill” by crossing the seas sand in Tengger region which it is bordered by mountains. After a short break & take pictures, we will go to hotel for taking a bath and enjoy your breakfast and then we will leave the hotel in Bromo area to reach Surabaya or Malang for about 3-4 hours driving (it is depend on traffic situation). Optional program for Bromo Milky Way Tours: If the weather is good enough, you will have a chance to do optional tour program for Milky Way Tours in Bromo area. This trip will be begun at midnight time from your hotel in Bromo (around at 1:30 or 02:00 am) and we will use 4WD vehicle or jeep to reach the place which is best point to see Milky Way in Mount Bromo area. If you are interested to do this trip, you are required to inform us in advance & pay extra cost as mentioned on the attachment

 

Optional tour program for visiting Madakaripura Waterfall:  If you still have enough time & the weather is good enough, you will have a chance to visit Madakaripura waterfall during the way from Mount Bromo to Malang or Surabaya area but you are required to pay extra cost for transportation, entrance ticket and local tour guide. If you are interested to visit Madakaripura Waterfall, you are required to inform us in advance in order we can arrange everything to do to do this optional tour program & the total extra cost to do this optional tour program as mentioned on the attachment
