Tour package itinerary

Day 01: Pick-up services in Yogyakarta area and drive to hotel stay

  • Today, our staff will fetch you from airport, hotel or other places in Yogyakarta and the pick-up time can be done at noon or evening time, and then we’ll drive to escort you to the hotel in Yogyakarta area for overnight stay, before you enjoy sunrise tours in area Borobudur temple on the next day trip

  • >>> Note: If the pick-up time in the morning OR by the latest at 11 am, you will have a chance to do Yogyakarta city tours and Prambanan temple sunset tours, before we drop off you to hotel in Borobudur temple complex area

Day 02: Borobudur sunrise tours - take a train from Jogja to Probolinggo and drive to Bromo

  • Before the pandemic of covid, many visitors/ tourists to Borobudur Temple would also opt to enjoy the sunrise tours through the Borobudur sunrise tour program at Manohara Hotel, the official hotel of the temple and located in the Borobudur complex area. The experience of watching the surrounding darkness and slowly transform into the stunning hues of the morning is truly unforgettable with amazing panorama. However, due to ongoing preservation efforts, the Borobudur sunrise program from Manohara Hotel has been suspended since 2022.

  • But don’t worry, there are still other ways to witness the famous sunrise tours which is located NOT too far from Borobudur temple complex. We can do the sunrise tours in Punthuk Setumbu hill with amazing view surrounding

  • 03.30-06.00: Wake up in the dawn time (around at 03:30 AM), our driver will meet you at your hotel in Yogyakarta area. Today, you are required to do early check-out process and ask the breakfast serving in the box from the hotel. Afterward, we will escort you to Punthuk Setumbu hill for sunrise tours activities with amazing view surrounding, includes the Borobudur temple as natural background

  • 06.00-09.00: After enjoy sunrise tours in Sunthuk Setumbu hill, our driver will continue to drive to escort you to Borobudur temple complex and doing the Borobudur temples tours with an expert local tour guide who will explain detail about the Borobudur temple stories

  • 09.00-18.50: After that, we will drive directly to Yogyakarta train station to check-in process and take an executive train from Yogyakarta to Probolinggo station in East Java at 11.38 am - 18.47 pm. You can buy the meal and any kind of drinks for your lunch on the train while you enjoy some panoramas from the train window

  • 18.50-20.00: Arrive in Probolinggo train station, our staff will fetch you with your name on placard and drive for about 1.5-2 hours to reach the accommodation or hotel in Bromo. Today, you will overnight at the hotel or other accommodation in Bromo area before you enjoy the sunrise tours and do climbing activities to reach peak of Bromo in the next early morning

Day 03: Enjoy panorama sunrise view and Bromo tour package, then go to Ijen crater stay 

  • 03.00-04.30: Wake up in the dawn time and using jeep's vehicle to reach the place for seeing the sunrise in Bromo area or enjoy the sunrise tours, where you can choose one of the famous places to see sunrise in Bromo, such as: Mount Pananjakan or Gunung Penanjakan, Kingkong hill or Bukit Kingkong & Love hill of Bromo or Bukit Cinta Bromo

  • 04.30-06.00: Take while your time for a cup of coffee OR tea, then seeing the sunrise at a place as like your choice. After that, driving with jeep for next destination on the slope of Mount Bromo which is as the parking area

  • 06.00-08.00: Crossing the seas of sand on foot or with horse riding (it is as optional for you with distance 10 minutes walking / one way) to reach the bottom area of Bromo where there are more than 250 stairs which will direct you to reach peak of Mount Bromo. Resting for awhile and take the pictures on the top of Mount Bromo with amazing view of the Bromo crater which on the bottom area is spread out the seas of sand or famous with whispering sand and it is bordered with other mountains as natural backgrounds

  • 08.00-10.00: Going back to your hotel or accommodation in Bromo area by passing the same route as you have done for reaching the top of Mount Bromo. Arrived in your hotel, please enjoy your breakfast; take a shower and preparation for leaving Mount Bromo to reach your next destination in Ijen crater area

  • 10.00-17.00: Leaving Mount Bromo to drive for about 5-7 hours (it is depend on situation of the traffic) to reach your accommodation or hotel in Ijen crater area. In this route will pass rural landscape, small cities, rice fields, plantations and beaches. >>> During the trip today, you maybe can enjoy the optional program of Madakaripura waterfall tours OR water rafting adventure tours with extra cost 

Day 04: The hiking adventure trail with blue fire tours of Ijen crater, then to your Bali hotel 

  • 00:30 or 01.00 am: This trip will be started from your accommodation or hotel in Ijen area around at 00:30 am or at least at 01:00 am and then drives for about 1 hour to reach the post 1 of Paltuding or this is as the starting point for the hiking activities in Ijen crater and then you will do the climbing actitivities in Mount Ijen as follow 

  • 02.00-06.00: The preparation and then climbing activities to reach top of Ijen. When you arrived on the top of Ijen crater/ Mount Ijen, you will do an observation of the Milky Way and the seeing process of a blue fire tours (if it is needed with your request and Ijen crater officer permit),- We will descend to reach the edge of lake for seeing a natural view of blue fire with better and clearer view, then afterward - ascend back for viewing of sunrise time on the peak of Mount Ijen and take a rest with a spectacular view the green lake of sulfur as natural background which can forget how tired for the climbing process in Ijen crater

  • 06.00-10.00: Go down by passing the same route or path on the slope of Ijen till reach Paltuding base camp (parking lot). Afterward, around at 08.00 am,- leaving the parking lot of Ijen crater area to escort you back to your accommodation or hotel for having breakfast, take shower, take your own time in hotel area and then preparation to leave your accommodation or hotel in Ijen area

  • 10.00-16.00: Leaving your accommodation or hotel to reach Ketapang ferry port – Banyuwangi and crossing Bali strait for about 1-1.5 hours with a ferry to reach Gilimanuk ferry port in Bali Island without the car/ vehicle and afterward, meet new driver in Bali with his car and then he will escort you for about 4-5 hours drives to reach your hotel which you have booked by your own in Bali Island. >>> During the trip today, you maybe can enjoy the optional program of snorkeling tour activities in Tabuhan and Menjangan Island OR enjoy the exploring tours Banyuwangi such as: Jagir waterfall tours, Banyuwangi beach tours, Baluran National Park tours and Banyuwangi rafting tours with extra cost
