Itinerary of tour package:

Day 01: Bali to Sukamade turtle beach stay (L, D)

  • Around at 08:00 am, our staff will pick you up from your hotel or any place in Bali then take you to the most western tip of Bali for about 3-4 hours by private car with AC to reach Gilimanuk ferry port in the most western tip of Bali Island, then upon arrival in Gilimanuk, we will proceed to take a ferry to cross Bali strait for about 1-1.5 hours to reach Ketapang ferry port in Banyuwangi (in the most eastern tip of Java). This trip goes through the rural landscapes of West Bali

  • And upon your arrival in Ketapang ferry port (in the most eastern tip of Java Island), we will continue our trip to reach the Sukamade green turtle beach. It takes approximately for about 3-5 hours driving in totally with a private car which will be combined and continued with a private jeep (4WD vehicle) from Sarongan village to reach Sukamade Beach by crossing rain forest and small rivers by our special vehicle adventures. Lunch will be served at local restaurant on the way to reach area of Sukamade turtle beach and on this day, you will be having dinner & overnight stay at the guesthouse nearby and return to the beach at night for turtle spotting

  • Sukamade turtle beach: Sukamade beach is about 97 km to southwest of Banyuwangi. It is natural, quiet and beautiful place. Dutch discovered it in 1927. The 1200 hectare estate is an active plantation that produces rubber, coffee and cacao. Sukamade is the east Java Natural Resource Conservation which is in charge of the turtle’s perpetuation. A night adventure tour in Sukamade beach is an unforgettable trip and it become a popular tour package for tourist who will come to Banyuwangi - East Java. You will be guided by a staff from office of natural resource or a ranger to find sea turtles come to a shore to lay their eggs. If you are lucky enough with good weather, you may can see a female turtle lays more than one hundred eggs on the sandy beach. The female turtles usually start landing at 20:00 pm and return to the sea at 00:30 am

  • How can you reach Sukamade turtle beach: We will use jeep (4 WD vehicle) to reach this place and the road to Sukamade is worth for the people who want to get the real of adventure trip. It is one of best Java adventure trail for exploring southern coast of Banyuwangi regency in East Java. We will be crossing the rivers, exploring the rural landscapes, plantations and passing rainforest. Along the way to visit this place, the visitors can stop at the beautiful place as known as Rajegwesi beach and the green bay (Teluk Hijau) with its beautiful cliff around. Here, in the green bay also you will have a chance for a swim in green and clear water with white sandy beach. This place is virgin forest with natural view which is combined with white sandy beach where you can find it in the southern tip of Banyuwangi, East Java-Indonesia

  • Sukamade tour with the night beach trekking: The Sukamade is one of the best tourism destinatinations in Banyuwangi regency, East Java. The most popular tour activities in Sukamade beach is the night trekking to the Sukamade beach and it will be started around at 21.00 pm from your accommodation. The visitor will do the short trekking until they reach the beach and from this place, the ranger of national park will brief and not allow for the turn on any lighting until the female turtles come to the a shore and digging the sands for laiding their eggs. Sometimes, if visitors are lucky enough - they will find the tens of mother turtles land to lay their eggs and 1 mother turtle can lay up to 100 more eggs. After the mother turtles laid their eggs, the visitors can take photos and afterward, we will go back to the homestay for taking a rest

Day 02: Sukamade beach tour and release baby turtles experience, and then Ijen stay (B)

  • Around after sunrise, we will do trekking back to the beach for releasing baby turtles activities. It is rare experience that you will release baby turtles in their natural habitat with amazing view of wide white sandy beach and the huge of virgin rainforest on the back side.

  • After spending your memorable times in Sukamade turtle beach, we will go back to the homestay for having breakfast. Afterward, spend the morning for exploring the surroundings of Sukamade. This is an area of virtually void of people. Go and a dip in crystal clear waters nearby river. Afterward, we leave this area in the early noon to continue our trip to your hotel in Banyuwangi for about 4-5 hours driving. On this way, you will pass rural landscape, plantations, small cities and rice fields.

  • Upon arrival in Banyuwangi, you will overnight stay at the hotel or homestay in order you will get the cheaper tour price during you do this tour package with us. So, tonight - you will stay overnight and having dinner in hotel or homestay of Ijen crater area Banyuwangi before you enjoy Ijen crater hiking tour on the next morning

Day 03: Ijen crater hiking with possibility to do  the Ijen blue fire tours and then to Bali (B)    

  • 00:30 or 01.00: This trip will be started from your accommodation or hotel in Ijen area around at 00:30 am or at least at 01:00 am and then drives for about 1 hour to reach the post 1 of Paltuding or this is as the starting point for the hiking activities in Ijen crater and then you will do the climbing actitivities in Mount Ijen as follow

  • 02.00-06.00: The preparation and do Ijen trekking tours till reach the top of Ijen crater. On your arrival on the top of Mount Ijen, do observation of the Milky Way + the seeing process of blue fire and if it is needed with your request, we will descend to reach the edge of lake to see blue fire with better and clearer view, then afterward viewing of sunrise on the peak of Mount Ijen and take a rest with an amazing view the green lake of sulfur as natural backgrounds which can forget how tired for the climbing process in Ijen crater

  • 06.00-10.00: Go down by passing the same path trail on the slope of Ijen till reach the base camp of Paltuding or parking area. And hopely, around at 08.00 or by the latest on 08.30 we will reach and leave from post Paltuding / parking lot area to escort you back to your accommodation or hotel for having breakfast, take shower, take your own time in hotel area and then preparation to leave your accommodation in Ijen area

  • 10.00-16.00: Leaving your accommodation or hotel to reach Ketapang ferry port – Banyuwangi and crossing Bali strait for about 1-1.5 hours with a ferry to reach Gilimanuk ferry port in Bali Island without the car/ vehicle and afterward, meet new driver in Bali with his car and then he will escort you for about 4-5 hours drives to reach your hotel which you have booked by your own in Bali Island. >>> During your trip today, you maybe can enjoy the optional program for Bali amazing waterfall tour OR Snorkeling tour activities in Menjangan Island with extra cost
